ECPAT UK and the Helena Kennedy Centre for International Justice created  a series of briefings for the Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills, Scottish Government, NI Executive, Welsh Government and the Association of Directors of Children's Services, setting out how the UK can secure stable, positive outcomes for child victims of trafficking.

Drawing on the Creating Stable Futures: Human Trafficking, Participation and Outcomes for Children research it examines the policy and practice barriers that undermine recovery. The briefings introduce the Positive Outcomes Framework, developed alongside survivors, as a practical tool to strengthen inspection, accountability and cross-government coordination, ensuring responses are rights-based, participatory and focused on long-term wellbeing.
